In order to meet the Department of Transportation regulations supporting the Americans with Disability Act (ADA), WATA accepts on its buses only service animals which are trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability.
Why can’t my dog go on the Bus? I have been coming for 20 years and my dog was always allowed.
